These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the sale of products made by David Martins, operating under the trade name GoHara (SIRET: 913 872 412 00014), through the website gohara.store.
GoHara offers connected objects equipped with a unique QR code: t-shirts and MagSafe cases for iPhone. Each product allows its owner to create and customize a digital profile accessible by scanning the QR code. Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product received.
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (micro-enterprise regime). Shipping is free worldwide. GoHara reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order.
The customer places an order on gohara.store by selecting the product(s), then the characteristic specific to that product type — the size for a t-shirt, the iPhone model for a MagSafe case — and filling in the delivery form. This choice is mandatory and has no pre-selected default value: it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment validation constitutes acceptance of these T&C. A confirmation email is sent after payment.
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe platform. GoHara does not store any banking data. Payment is charged at the time of order validation.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination country:
GoHara cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Once the product is shipped, the customer receives an email containing a secure activation link allowing them to create their account and customize their digital profile. This profile is publicly accessible via the QR code printed on the product, t-shirt or MagSafe case.
In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
As each GoHara product — t-shirt or MagSafe case — is made to order with a unique QR code printed specifically for the customer, orders cannot be withdrawn for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or wrong iPhone model. We invite our customers to carefully consult the size guide and to check the selected iPhone model before ordering.
This lack of withdrawal right is compensated by a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects (textile or UV printing), labeling errors (size or iPhone model not matching the order), and shipping damage. For more details, please see our full return policy.
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of a defective product, the customer may request replacement or refund by contacting support@gohara.store.
For any claim, contact us at support@gohara.store. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts. The customer may also resort to consumer mediation in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
