The heritage
In 1994, Japanese engineer Masahiro Hara invented the QR code, inspired by a game of Go. The black and white stones on the board gave him the idea of a code readable instantly, from any direction.
GoHara pays tribute to this meeting of strategy and technology. Every piece carries a unique QR code — a stone placed on the real-world board. Your move. Your identity.
