Our story

From the game of Go to the connected t-shirt

The origin of the QR code

In 1994, Japanese engineer Masahiro Hara sought a solution to track automotive parts in Toyota factories. By observing the black and white stones of the game of Go, he imagined a two-dimensional code capable of storing far more information than a simple barcode.

The QR code was born. Today, it connects billions of people around the world.

GoHara: the tribute

GoHara pays tribute to this story. Go for the ancient game. Hara for the visionary inventor. Our brand merges fashion and technology to create the first connected t-shirt.
