Compliance and labelling — The supplier states that the product meets EU REACH requirements. A discreet manufacturer side tag remains attached for regulatory reasons.
Safety-related care — Follow the washing and ironing instructions below; never iron the printed decoration.
Washing — Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not use fabric softeners; use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
Drying — Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Ironing — Cool iron inside out, without ironing the decoration. Do not dry clean.
Clearly personalized product. The QR code is generated and permanently assigned to the order before production, then printed specifically on the item. The marked item is not a reusable standard-stock product. GOHARA therefore applies the withdrawal exception in Article L. 221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code.
Free 30-day commercial warranty — If your item arrives defective, mislabeled or damaged, we will replace it free of charge under our policy. Conformity and security updates — During those five years, the holder may edit the permitted information and content within the published technical limits. GOHARA provides, at no additional cost, the updates needed to maintain conformity and security. Before expiry, GOHARA informs the holder of any available extension options and allows the holder to export their data; deletion follows the privacy policy.
Delivery — Initial sales limited to metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
