Before use — Select only the case model that exactly matches your iPhone. If protective film is present inside the case, remove it before use.
Magnet precaution — The case contains magnets. Keep it at least 15 cm (6 inches) away from an implanted medical device and at least 30 cm (12 inches) away while wirelessly charging. Consult your physician and the medical-device manufacturer; stop using the case if you suspect interference.

To preserve the print and QR code:

Cleaning — Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Avoid — Abrasive products, solvents, or alcohol on the print.
Tip — Remove the case from your phone before cleaning.

In 1994, Japanese engineer Masahiro Hara invented the QR code, drawing inspiration from the black and white stones of the game of Go. GoHara pays tribute to this meeting of strategy and technology. Every GoHara creation carries a unique QR code — a stone placed on the board of the physical world.

Clearly personalized product. The QR code is generated and permanently assigned to the order before production, then printed specifically on the item. The marked item is not a reusable standard-stock product. GOHARA therefore applies the withdrawal exception in Article L. 221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code.

Free 30-day commercial warranty — If your item arrives defective, mislabeled or damaged, we will replace it free of charge under our policy. This additional warranty does not limit statutory rights, including the two-year French statutory conformity warranty. Contact support@gohara.store.

Supply period — The digital profile associated with the QR code is included in the price and supplied for five years from its effective activation. There is no automatic paid renewal.
Conformity and security updates — During those five years, the holder may edit the permitted information and content within the published technical limits. GOHARA provides, at no additional cost, the updates needed to maintain conformity and security. Before expiry, GOHARA informs the holder of any available extension options and allows the holder to export their data; deletion follows the privacy policy.

Every creation has a unique QR code linked to your GoHara digital identity. After your purchase, you access your personal space to choose the information, links, photos and actions visitors can see. You can update your identity at any time without reprinting the creation, installing an app or paying a subscription.
