The GoHara heritage
In 1994, Japanese engineer Masahiro Hara invented the QR code, drawing inspiration from the black and white stones of the game of Go. GoHara pays tribute to this meeting of strategy and technology. Every GoHara creation carries a unique QR code — a stone placed on the board of the physical world.
Returns & warranty
Clearly personalized product. The QR code is generated and permanently assigned to the order before production, then printed specifically on the item. The marked item is not a reusable standard-stock product. GOHARA therefore applies the withdrawal exception in Article L. 221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code.
Free 30-day commercial warranty — If your item arrives defective, mislabeled or damaged, we will replace it free of charge under our policy. Digital profile service
Supply period — The digital profile associated with the QR code is included in the price and supplied for five years from its effective activation. There is no automatic paid renewal.
Conformity and security updates — During those five years, the holder may edit the permitted information and content within the published technical limits. GOHARA provides, at no additional cost, the updates needed to maintain conformity and security. Before expiry, GOHARA informs the holder of any available extension options and allows the holder to export their data; deletion follows the privacy policy.

How does the QR code work?
Every creation has a unique QR code linked to your GoHara digital identity. After your purchase, you access your personal space to choose the information, links, photos and actions visitors can see. You can update your identity at any time without reprinting the creation, installing an app or paying a subscription.
