Each GoHara product — t-shirt or MagSafe case — is manufactured on demand with a unique QR code, printed specifically for you after your order. This personalization process justifies a tailored return policy, different from that of a standard product.
In short: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (personalized product), but we guarantee free replacement for 30 days in case of manufacturing defect or damaged delivery.
According to French consumer law (art. L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The unique QR code generated for your product, printed specifically on order, constitutes a personalization under the law. GoHara orders therefore cannot be returned for a change of mind, size, color or iPhone model error.

In case of a defective product, follow these steps:
No product should be shipped back before receiving written instructions from us.
Depending on the nature of the problem, we will offer one of the following solutions:
In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product. Return shipping costs are then entirely covered by GoHara.
Package lost in transit — If your package has not arrived within the announced time frames and tracking shows no progression for more than 10 days, contact us at support@gohara.store. After verification with the carrier, we will proceed with a free reprint.
Incorrect address — If the package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to obtain a valid address. Reshipping costs will then be at your expense.
Package marked as delivered but not received — If tracking indicates effective delivery but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with your neighborhood and your post office. We cannot cover the refund of a package marked as delivered by the carrier.
Our products being made to order, size (t-shirts) or iPhone model (cases) exchanges are not possible. A product in another size or for another model would require a complete new production.
